[3.23] Popcorn Summon Raging Spirits Guardian, Uber Shaper + Uber Cortex Endgame damage optimization

Build has been scaled to be able to handle Ubers. I've tried both Cortex and Shaper so far and it has gone well, the rest of the Ubers should also be pretty manageable as long as I play those fights well.

This build also can do Sim 30s deathless, but doesn't have the clear to get 5-6 rewards consistently per wave.

A very tanky setup (280k without molten shell + flask, 600k with both) that has enough damage to do whatever content you want to do.
