Heatshiver+Cold Ailment Duration+Painseeker to cheese freezes, Shade Of Solaris cheap Wand for Big Damage scaling, Evasion + Flesh and Stone + Blind Effect scaling for 95% Evasion if hit recently. Unsure how to fit in more duration or phys mitigation right now, I just wanna stay evasion based early league since its a lot more budget friendly especially when the occasional death goes unpunished in Softcore. Open Questions: How feasible are 50 Kills in 4 seconds? How much uptime/downtime? Possible to tech in block
