PoE Vaal Ground Slam, Melee builds

Hi all! I've been tinkering with the idea of a Vaal Ground Slam build -- as I'm sure many of you have been -- and I put together my take ( on a Juggernaut variant to use as my second character this league. I often run into the issue of league starting on a character that is great at clearing, but trash at bossing. I wanted to put together a boss killer that required minimal investment to compliment my league start (And wasn't mines -- RSI just doesn't sound all that appealing to me) and this is what I landed on. Pretty straight forward concept here. Debeon's Dirge with an instant enduring cry for the +150% elemental damage. With such a high base of flat cold damage, the best way to scale this build is with a ton of More multipliers, attack speed, cold penetration, and abyss jewels. Chose Raider for the attack speed/movespeed to make ground slam "feel good" since its an older skill and because it came together on the skill tree better than Champion, Berserker, or cold to fire Chieftain.
