PoE Additional Accuracy, Chaining builds

I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels. I haven't played an accuracy stacker before and the new juggernaut changes had me tinkering around in PoB. The two new shock based skill look awesome. Only thing is that they are combo reliant and I hate pressing buttons.
