Example for an early endgame PoB for a KB/Power Siphon wander - Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players. POB: I played a 4x 3-point voices scion herald stacker build in 3.10. Today I got finished updating her POB for 3.11 changes. I believe this is the best you can do in 3.11 should you be insane enough to min-max aura stacking with % mana reservation jewels in every slot with 3x 3-point voices. This POB has all the gear she acquired in 3.10. Only thing I theorycrafted was the new jewels. Offensive stats (all shaper-dps): Bossing: 21m barrage power siphon shaper-dps (15m without vaal haste) Clear: 6.6m power siphon shaper-dps with awakened cha
