budget: wand was 1ex + 1 annul to delete a suffix shield 50c amulet 1ex helmet 1ex vuln ring selfcrafted but worth about 1ex? chest 3ex (bad mod) other ring couple c boots/belt/gloves couple c flasks selfrolled empower + 21 gems 3ex phys jewels were 100c each + selfrolled on day 3 other jewels sniped between 30c and 1ex so let's say 5ex 15 ex + 200c or so. other gems were upgraded after time so I won't count those in (yes KB is another couple ex) so total budget is maybe 20-25ex if you buy everything straight away
