PoE 3.23 Affliction Abyss builds

TLDR: 90% max ele res, 85% phys as ele, 83-88% evade, capped suppress, perma quicksilver using traitor keystone on right side of the tree (for flask nodes). A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. I started the league well over a month late; initially as a Boneshatter slayer, which was fun but kinda meh. The low price of The Squire made me read up on arakali fang builds, and with less than 25 divines I made the following: Im only level 88 and I am able to clear T16s with 4k+ wisps with extremely suboptimal gear which is insane to me for the budget.
