I've never played Whispering Ice, but I'm wondering if it'll hold up. This is what I have so far as my first draft. Theoretical DPS: 2.86 trigger rate 5.43 duration = 15.53 active storms. We'll say 10 storms for clean numbers and to account for downtime (dodging etc). So total DPS in that case would be ~1M dps. Not blowing any minds but for a starter, it should be adequate for most mapping needs. Defensively it's pretty safe, too. Freeze and chill innately give you some pseudo-defense by slowing (or stopping) enemy action speed. We use enfeeble for additional
