PoE Elementalist builds with custom stat filters

Hey all, Making a habit of sharing all my builds on here. This one is very budget-friendly, clears fast, and is essentially a right-mouse-click-only setup if that entices you. I think it has very high single target potential with a Squire shield but I'm too broke to afford one right now. I want to preface this by saying I am not good at making builds and I haven't played for a few months. It's certainly not "finished", and who knows how easy/hard uniques are going to be to get. Just wanted to put it out there so someone could fix it haha. this guy is fairly tanky, but it doesnt feel THAT tanky. im not sure i'm understanding some of the math in PoB and why it thinks the effective hit pool is that high? (i only have like 4.5k eHP) I would also of course like tips to take that existing HP even further if you got em.

So, I was playing around with my EA Ballista. It felt lackluster and I couldn't put my finger on what was wrong with it. Took a look at the top EA Ballista Elementalist builds on Poe.Ninja that also use Mageblood and couldn't figure out why it just didn't feel right. I realized that no one I could find in the top list was using Impossible Escape, but I figured it would open up some options for me, allowing me to manual spec Hired Killer and saving all the points on the chain to Watchtowers as I could now anoint it.
