PoE Elementalist builds with custom stat filters

My goal is to clear mobs fast so this is an elementalist spamming Vortex on left click which ignites thanks to Shaper Of Flames. Then dual Obliteration wands deal chaos damage which ignites more thanks to Shaper Of Flames. I haven't put much emphasis on the Vortex DPS, the damage dealer are the Obliteration explosions, hopefully. Budget is not bad either, none of these item cost even 100c , most cost much less. Untested Update for 3.18 - I have not tested the above PoB. It should be a dramatic improvement in survival as its converts a lot of ele to 90% chaos resistance (and also has 90% chaos resistance). It loses about 40% of the DPS from the original, but honestly, that hardly matters as it is still >40M DPS. This is also a slight overestimate as punishment would not be active all the time. I was hoping to hit 100 for the first time on my EA Ele, and while it's a relatively safe mapper, it really excelled about bossing. Still, dying to the occasional one-shot has made pushing past 96 frustrating.
