PoE 3.23 Affliction League Starter, Critical builds

TLDR: 8~11M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress. I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. Hey folks, TLDR: Don't league start Cobra Lash, its expensive to get it working! Wanted to give a short review for my Cobra Lash league starter.
