PoE League Starter, Slam builds

Hey guys, It's the first build idea that I'm uploading so far and I do it because I think it's practically broken. I think that the endgame version of this will be basically immortal (In most cases). First, here is my POB for endgame (min-max except for the weapon): And this is for league start (the jewels might cost a little bit but not more than 1-2ex for all gear together): Some of the things might look strange but I'll try to explain them briefly. Posting my league starter, should be a viable build for doing all content in the game, i myself plan on starting this in SSF. don't mind the weapon it's just a place holder to simulating something i can get a day or 2 in. rest of gear is up to you playing.

I dont think i took too many liberties with the config, weapon may be a bit strong imo. Idea behind this, both tectonic slam and war crys are supposedly getting buffs + support gem so we want to take advantage of that. I like going crit and your options are Swords or staves, i have always liked the idea of staves and they give us some end charge and power charge generation which is important. Tect slam will now use 1/3 the charges, meaning we can now use someone other than Cheiftan and Jugg. War cry buffs mean more damage and once you take the instant warcry node

Pretty straight forward concept here. Debeon's Dirge with an instant enduring cry for the +150% elemental damage. With such a high base of flat cold damage, the best way to scale this build is with a ton of More multipliers, attack speed, cold penetration, and abyss jewels. Chose Raider for the attack speed/movespeed to make ground slam "feel good" since its an older skill and because it came together on the skill tree better than Champion, Berserker, or cold to fire Chieftain. Scion with raider + slayer or champ is a close second however. With buffs up my build has just under 1.3mil shaper d
