I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. In all seriousness this almost all cheap or currency farmable in white maps unique items and twink rare gear, super basic jewels and cheap watchers eye with plenty of room for upgrades for much later. Pretty good i think for 3 mill dps on pinnacle bosses and its a 1 button build to boo

Hey folks, I'm playing a Blazing Salvo Inquisitor based on UberDan's Blazing Salvo build from 3.17. While I like being nigh immortal and I can clear most content, I would like to up my damage output a bit - my gear is far from finished, but I'm also poor at the moment, I would just expect the DPS to be higher for the currency I've invested (probably around 30-40ex so far). I'm just unsure what I can do to scale the damage higher without losing too much tankiness - if anyone has an idea, I'd love to hear it. Many thanks in advance.

Ok, so updated PoB: There is a starter tree and endgame tree, as well as a starter gearset and endgame gearset. For both Starter/Endgame I've replaced Flame Golem with Chaos for Phys reduction, added Enduring Cry, and a CWDT-IC-ID setup for mitigation. We also have the Fire Mastery for regen 2% life on igniting non-ignite enemies, which should help with clear. Increased life from tree on both. Max Block Chance. For Starter we are sitting roughly 1.5M (1.8M w/ Ash) on Sirus. eHP is now 66k Phys, 55K Ele, 9K Chaos. For Endgame 9.

I posted here a few weeks ago about recovering some of my Armageddon Brand Ignite damage after the patch (I went from about 3mil to 300k). Here is my current character loaded directly into PoB with minor skill tree tweaks. A lot of people told me to abandon the build, that it was dead etc. I knew I had shitty gear and even after the nerfs I can still kill A9 Conquerers with low mods. I know that the damage and survivability is there for this build, I just need help finding it. The map clear on this build feels amazing, and it's quite tanky I just need some bet
