On brand wheels, there is a mastery available that reads "Recover 10% of mana when a brand expires while attached". In theory, if we reduce the brand duration low enough, we can proc this effect frequently enough to sustain the monstrous mana costs of Indigon or Archmage. And since we are recovering by a percentage of maximum mana, we don't really need to invest much into mana regeneration. Our mana recovery will basically scale with our maximum mana. PoB: This build uses Kinetic Blast to Cast on Crit Dark Pact + Chain. I threw this together since I got a minion life relic and always collect CoC poison gear for fun to try stuff. The idea is that KB might sometimes look like a real CoC skill if you chain it off a Tornado. We create Tornadoes and skeletons using Poet's Pen. This build slapped way harder than I expected when I equipped it, so I thought I'd share. I'm wearing literal random gear. The core of the build can be considered poet's pen + watcher's eye + rings.

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience. super super rough PoB (especially considering changes coming): 3.16 i'm gonna be making an MFinder just for the fun of it and so am having to build around all of the uniques. it's pretty restricting. there's almost no flat life or resistances on the gear (didn't want to put in some PoB ventors) and so am building around that with a super passive playstyle (bow and ballistas) and lots of jewels on the tree. but also damage itself has been a question for me, especially as i don't really trust my capacity to get an honest readout from PoB with all the moving part
