Not a league starter - levelling with SBoI and/or PBoD

Hello guys! As mentioned above, I am playing a penance brand inquisitor. I was following and using the zizaran/manni pob and video as reference and I'm at the point where I'm unlocking voidstones and getting some currency. I want to keep upgrading the character but I'm honestly at a loss for direction. Any information or sort of guidance would be immensely appreciated. My pob is down below. Thank you for your help. Crusader plate gives me 40k armour unique plate gives me 48k Whats better no crit damage or 6% reduction? hrm I had attached images. Reattached Here is the POB with both chests They seem very close. I wonder if the never take criticals is better than the 6% reduction and loss of other stats.

SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

TLDR: I'm not sure where to spent currency and have hit a wall in some content. I have a budget of 3 div and 1400c to upgrade the attached POB. Any advice is more than welcome! The Build The endgame setup should look like this: You max out on your Scorching Ray totems and then add as much Searing bond bois as you can alongside them without replacing the Scorching ray totems. The reason for this is because every additional totem active adds 5% mroe damage to everything and since searing bond comes with +3 to additional totems and we can add multiple totems on top of it they are the perfect choice in a build that relies on DoT damage which simultaneously buffs them.
