I found a build from /u/Dex8172 and made some tweaks to make it my own. Configuration is assuming a mapping setup, but two 5L's should net 1.5mil DPS with a lot of sustain. Would likely scale to 4-5mil with more significant investment. Should be a decent well-rounded league start, but will be slow for bossing. Going for leech nodes to make use of energy leech and the mastery to sustain the increased dot dps on bosses. Will have capped spell suppression and 16 masteries at level 93, surely. Leveling (Not tested) -Create a witch and level it to for grab flamewall and arcane surge -With Chieftain us Fireball + Arcane Surge to level 4 -Use Holy Flame totem + added fire damge + Combustion and fireball with arcane surge - At level 12 grab searing bond + combustion with HFT - Craft a fire damage wand with an alteration + ruby ring and magic wand or scepter as soon as possible. -Be on the look out for high physical dps bows. -Switch to Artillery ballista after library 2 reds 1 green or 2 greens 1 red Artillery ballista + Elemental damage with Attacks + Added Fire Damage or Vici
