PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor Hardcore, Spell builds

Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. Using Vortex with Grace, Determination, Tempest Shield, and D,Banner. Thanks for looking, and I appreciate your help!

PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). This has been one of my favourite league starts ever. I forgot how smooth perm minions are to play, and the Kuduku spectres shock nova is basically screen wide with the 30% minion AoE mastery. There's obviously a ton of improvements and gear upgrades to make, this is just a rough SSF friendly week one target. Spectres are Spirit of Fortune, found from the pink vendor in the league mechanic. You can farm the spectre corpses in a10 desecrated chambers. IMPORTANT FOR HARDCORE: Pick "Speaker of the Dead" on the tree and never run "map boss is possessed" on your maps. There's a ghost that disables your flasks and you don't want to meet that on this build, especially if you cap your resists using flasks. IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE: For the endgame setup you want BOTH Taste of Hate AND Lightning Coil.
