Spent a day working on this pob. I doubt I'll ever be able to actually use the build due to the high costs of the items I decided to use, specifically some of the double corrupts and rares, but I wanted to show this off and get some input on making it better. Going into making the pob, I knew I wanted to trigger frostblink of wintry blast with flicker strike. Maximum teleports. After first trying with occultist, I remembered that cospri's malice exists, so the main skill, frostblink, is socketed into cospri. A squire is used to give it more damage.
