PoE Champion, Inquisitor, League Starter builds

PoB: I got inspired by another post which was talking about this concept, so here is an idea for league starting with Arma Brand and Fire Burst. Not very experienced crafter so I am not sure if the staff might be a bit hard to get with Fire Burst, but I think you can get this build going without Fire Burst at first.

Ever since Inquisitor ascendancy was revealed I've been trying to come up with a way to use Fanatic. I think I've found a good one Self-cast Ice Nova Frostbolt, except the Frostbolt is linked to CWC Cyclone to generate fanaticism charges while casting it. Probably league start viable. 2.5m sDPS, up to 3.8m with Pledge 8k ehp, up to 9.2k with Glorious Vanity 39/58 block (not Glancing) Looking for feedback, especially if you've played Self-Cast Ice Nova before. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)

league started with this build, started off using stuff like terminus est and praxis ring for free mana cyclone. got to red maps with essentially no gear, just rando rares. at which point i bought better swords etc. been self crafting a lot with the seeds and have pretty much min max'd most of my gear now. doing a double curse on hit with invuln + assassin's mark, the build is pretty well rounded, tanky, decent map clear speed, and very high dps for bosses, just incorporated some cluster jewels after the buff since they are relatively easy to obtain. pob has my old gear and non cluster jewe
