PoE Cyclone, Ice Nova builds

Hello again everyone. So after being mostly finished with both Ele Hit and SA I decided to sell off some of my Ele Hit gear and fund this. The core of the build is basically just scaling flasks and some mana on top. I stack around 100% increased flask effect so Bottled Faith gives me +4% base crit, then I get 2% base crit from Kalisa's Grace, a lot of increased crit from flask crit craft, bunch of attack speed from flask craft as well. Ever since Inquisitor ascendancy was revealed I've been trying to come up with a way to use Fanatic. I think I've found a good one Self-cast Ice Nova Frostbolt, except the Frostbolt is linked to CWC Cyclone to generate fanaticism charges while casting it. Oh hivemind, I call upon thee! So, ever since the announcement I've been glancing towards the Battlemage and Fanaticism nodes of the Inquisitor tree and decided to try and conjure up a quick idea for a build using those two. While perhaps a little unconventional, I decided to go for Frostbolt and Ice Nova, coupling it with a Debeon's Dirge.
