[3.14] CoC Ice Nova Build | Assassin | Ultimatum | Path of Exile 3.14

Hey guys, here is my low life coc ice nova assassin build. This build is always fun to play. I tried to make this budget. Most expensive item is 6l Shavronne.

Circle of Fear is definetly a good option for this build. If you can afford and cap your resists use 2 of them.

Accuracy is kinda problem and you will need %100 for cyclone. Try to get accuracy from gloves, helmet and one ring.

Getting %100 Critical Strike Chance is also important. We are assassin and using 7 power charges so not a big deal.

APS is for cyclone 7,01. Can go up to 7,57 with %14 cdr.

I got cooldown reduction from belt but you can just use awakened cast on critical gem it gives 20 percent but it's expensive.

Until you get Cospri's Malice (Lvl 68) don't use this setup. Level with something else like freezing pulse, storm brand or self cast ice nova/frostbolt.

Possible Upgrades:

• Awakened Cast On Critical Strike Support (You don't need cdr from belt after getting this)
• #% increased Damage with Hits against Chilled Enemies Damage (Gloves and Belt)
• You have Tailwind if you have dealt a Critical Strike Recently (Boots) Check your attack speed before getting this one.
• #% chance to Freeze, Adds # to # Cold Damage against Chilled or Frozen Enemies (Ring)
• Adds # to # Cold Damage to Spells and Attacks (Ring)
• #% increased Spell Damage (Ring)
• #% increased Ice Nova Damage (Helmet Enchant) Watcher's Eye Mods:
• Damage Penetrates #% Cold Resistance while affected by Hatred
• #% increased Cold Damage while affected by Hatred
• #% to Critical Strike Multiplier while affected by Precision
• Critical Strikes Penetrate #% of Enemy Elemental Resistances while affected by Zealotry

3.14 CHANGES:

• Ambush and Assassinate Now grants 15% more Damage with Hits and Ailments against Enemies that are on Low Life (previously 25%).
• Flesh and Stone Now requires 35% Mana reservation (previously 25%).
• Frost Bomb Cold Exposure now applies -15% to Cold Resistance (previously -25%).
• Vaal Ice Nova Now deals 18 to 26 Cold Damage at gem level 1 (previously 11 to 17), and 518 to 762 Cold Damage at gem level 20 (previously 274 to 428). Now has a Cast Time of 0.7 seconds (previously 0.8). Now has added damage effectiveness of 120% (previously 70%). Now stores up to 2 uses (previously 1). Now has a Soul Gain Prevention duration of 2 seconds (previously 4).
• Vaal Righteous Fire Now deals 80-99% of Sacrificed Energy Shield and Life as Fire Damage per second (previously 161-180%). Now Sacrifices 60% of your total Energy Shield and Life (previously 30%). Now grants 10-19% more Spell Damage (previously 15-28%). Now has a Soul Gain Prevention duration of 6 seconds (previously 12).
