PoE 3.23 Affliction Manaforged Arrows builds

Lightning arrow is really fun but from what Im seeing tornado shot is better? Is that true? If so, what specifically should I do to make the switch. Idk if I'm doing something wrong or have bad luck but I only have 3 divine - not a lot to work with.

I think that my build is doing a lot better now, but I still feel like at times, when I hit 15k wisps I die right before I can ramp up. Are there any other upgradeable paths other than mirror-tier gear? If not, then I'll just keep at it. I also run a pretty strict regex as well for 8-mod BC. There are some concessions, but not as many as you may think. Big Concessions: 1. You must drop Kalandra's or Blastrain (on your second manaforged setup). I think dropping blast rain makes sense, but I happened to randomly hit an unset ring that is just better than my current helical ring so I run that. I noticed that almost no one on poe ninja is using shroud MF build, even though it seems very good for MF unlike omniscience. It makes you quite tanky and it has good damage scaling. The cost is losing greed's embrace which gives up to 15% quant and 50% rarity. Of course that is a loss but I don't think it's big enough to ignore this option when lacking dps (relevant this league). My current build is a PF MF CA of poison as follow: I am currently doing T11 fully juiced (+2 proj corrupted, 4 sextants, 4 scarabs) and I find it long to kill some mobs/packs and while i facetank most spires, I still occasionally die to random stuff (never clear what kills me). I can do 5 maps deathless (but slow) and one map using 4-5 portals due to random unexplained deaths.
