Wanted to recreate a build i did from last league with the smallest budget possible that can handle t16 with wisps and also kill non uber pinnacles. For more single target DPS you can go artillery ballista in the 5L armor setup. Both armor and bow are 5L. For more tankiness you can swap hatred for grace.
