PoE Awakened Vicious Projectiles builds with custom stat filters

Hello, So I really wanted to build around Champion, NB and Perseverance. I thought ele would be too meta and thought that impale with call of steel would feel smooth enough, tried leveling with SH a few leagues ago and it was awful. Though perma Onslaught, Adrenaline and tailwind/new implicit might make it smoother. I've crafted a bunch of gear and made a pob (first time building one from scratch) but have no idea what is good for SH - aps, avg hit and what not. Spent like 2 mirrors or some shit after I counted how much my gear costed after self crafting some stuff. pob - Deathless run, used a mageblood, omni is pretty cool. I don't run these maps, I just wanted to see how my build would do for fun. I'm mostly delving at the moment and just blasting bosses. This is my slow tempo league starter, and its facetanking minotaur and hydra at once, boss dps is around 3 mil. Yes, I admire uberdan, and it is my copied version of his last league 'hipster spectral helix ascendent. I am sc trade player and tried to integrate new mechanics like precise technique, mark on hit support with frenzy charge generation mastery, intimidate implicit on gloves(red exarch currency, lowest tier is fine I think). I havent tried boneshatter, but I just love spectral helix style which does not need further in
