PoE Raise Spectre, Witch, Channelling builds without Animate Guardian

It’s a week into Phrecia 2.0 – for the true believers that stuck it out after level 90, it might be time to start looking for an interesting build to try during our limited access to the alternate ascendancies. This is my experiment with a mechanic that can only realistically be made to work during Phrecia. This is my first build from ground up that doesn't suck at first sight. It's an affordable, simple Blight occultist. Blight is chaos which can't be reflected, resisted less and it being DoT means we are dealing damage even when dodging. Scaling its damage synergizes somewhat with scaling Profane Bloom damage for better clear. As for the items: 1. The crown with this corrupt is ~30c currently, it was around 10c a month or two ago. 1. When searching for rares, I had a 10c max filter. Most are much less. 1. Our most expensive item is the Atziri shield but the buil
