PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.25 Kalguur Chaos Inoculation, Chaining builds with custom stat filters

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

A few people asked me for a POB for build I'm playing. Should note it's not mine (further down). It's far from optimised, but this is it. I need better charms for crit multi per power charge, unstable infusion, better chest and helmet, better jewels now I don't need as much res and str/dex. For what it is though I run 8 map mod legion in T16 jungle valleys, as many whisps as I can get. I can tank almost anything and the map mods have to be dicey af and a few things have to line up to one shot me. Most of the budget is MB for 150 Div when I got it and maybe another 25 Div for everything else

To get past Brutus and Merveil, you can use any combination you want, but it's going to kind of suck no matter what. You can use: Stormblast Mine + Orb of Storms Puncture + Chance to Bleed Viper Strike + Chance to Poison/Efficacy Ancestral Protector + Frost Blades + Frost Bomb Blade Trap o
