PoE 3.23 Affliction Critical builds

pob: Hello, I have invested 15+ divines into phys flicker yet am still struggling in juiced high tier stuff(3k+ wips on average). An average map is one to two deaths minimum, struggle to kill the occasional double empowered mob. Getting one shot a lot, especially when molten shell is off. Can someone look over my pob and help? Note this is my first time setting up my own build and going this far with it, any help is appreciated

Hey guys, I'm a huge fan of BV in general, I usually play cold convert but decided to give poison a try for once. I'd love to hear suggestions for improving the build, maybe squeeze out a little more dps while keeping it tanky.
