PoE 3.23 Affliction Lightning, Mapping builds

Please rip this build to shreds and tell me this is shit but below is a PoB I threw together for an Ice Nova build using new Archmage in a 5link Pledge of Hands. Gear is very, very basic and it seems fairly squish as a result but unless I'm missing something it seems like it should be pretty fun to lightning warp around, hitting ice nova and auto casting frost bolts and echoing more ice nova's for pretty good early mapping with minimal investment. Appreciate y'alls feedback

So this was my league start this league. It was made to clear really quickly, get map completion, buy the boss carries for 4 voidstones, and farm whatever low tier content that is profitable at the current moment. A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. I switch Forbidden Flesh/Flame depending on the biome/stage/mods: Mastermind of Discord -- No crit reduction mods / no heavy ele dps Full DPS Setup: 200k hitpool (standard boss + Sigil of Power, stage 4) @ 120 Million DPS Bastion of Elements -- Nasty mods and Biomes like Smugglers Stash Tanky: 300k

Added +90% fire res in config because for some reason Pob does not show it properly as my character in game, here is screenshot of it : Added Culling Strike because then it adds the DPS which it shouldn't if my Eternal Struggle worked properly and it has 15% Culling Strike, but I don't know how to add 50% increased effect of Culling Strike, it should be even more DPS.

DPS is configured for Uber bosses. Mostly just sharing because I am also a newer player, and never had a ton of currency this league, but was able to accomplish the Ubers without any big purchases with this build, and it was a lot of fun to play. You can farm and craft a decent chunk of the items too. No cluster jewels at all which can be very expensive. Don't even have a proper Watchers eye socketed yet as I dont have the skill points available for 2 more levels for another slot. I took quite a bit of inspiration from other bui
