PoE League Starter, Critical builds

Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Something else? etc - I expect I'll want to respec eventually once I can craft/purchase decent cluster jewels, but don't want to assume I'll be getting them pre-red maps. If anyone has a better-looking PoB using Elementalist instead of Occultist, I'm all ears, I'd just prefer

Looking for some discussion on this theorycraft and its potential as a league starter. PoB: For the most part, this is a fairly typical Poison Pathfinder build. In that sense, I think this (or any other Poison) build will do well at league start. Especially so with the new Mastery node for Poison that grants 300% increased damage on first application. LEVELING TIPS: 1) Make sure every piece of your amor is an evasion base for the extra 10% spell suppression from our mastery node. Especially your chest. We get double evasion from our chest. 2) While leveling, look for high pDPS daggers, bonus points for crit chance. After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype. I was working on a potential Reap Build for this season. Not the greatest league starter, but I was wondering what people thought about the idea. Disclaimer: This is my first attempt at making an own build. &x200B; Most people I've seen are going to be running Reap on Fire Conversion Inquisitors, but I felt like the loss of Reap's DoT component is a big shame.
