PoE 3.23 Affliction Herald of Purity, Physical builds

Theory tag because I have a PoB and no character to actually show it with. But I've tested the mechanics, and know they work. The question is whether or not my PoB is accurate. Where does the come from? The idea is that buff up , you spawn all your worms, throw the beartrap on your target, then use call of steel 4 seconds later. To do some math: PoB reports that the total stored damage of our Impale is 1 million. The Impaler inflicts 4 additional impales, so each beartrap is 5 million damage in an AOE. Dumped a ton of end of the league currency into this one and was very underwhelmed by the results. Idea was supposed to be similar to except on a Berserker, using the added physical damage when crit and access to attack speed. It is terrible for the investment, can't even clear T16. The normal version of divine ire makes this build idea impossible. But Thanks to The Brand New Divine Ire of Disintegration Gem the damaging nearby enemies aoe is turned off which gives your beam a wider and more damage with ailment modifier. This allows you to Deliver a Massive 27m single poison to enemies in 1.8 seconds and a full channel time in under 1 second. Pathfinder was an obvious choice for many reasons, Proliferation of poison to nearby enemies and wither effect which I scale to 150% increased effect through charms and anointing amulet bringing the normal 6% to 15% per stack. Hey guys, I'm a huge fan of BV in general, I usually play cold convert but decided to give poison a try for once. I'd love to hear suggestions for improving the build, maybe squeeze out a little more dps while keeping it tanky. I specifically tried to focus on "ailments deal damage % faster" since you get so much duration with the 100% from charms especially, it doesn't feel good to have a 10 second poison duration lol Also, does anyone know if explosions from asenath's can poison? in PoB the explosion from the gloves doesn't show any chance to poison but the explode from TWWT and cluste
