PoE Herald of Thunder builds without Lightning Strike, Vaal Lightning Strike

Level 90 PoB (I use community edition): I'm using ball lightning in a couple places - the main one is in a CoC setup with blade flurry, and also a low level one in my helm with GMP, high-level added chaos, and CwDT. This procs all the time because of the herald of thunder and storm secret ring. I have another CwDT setup with blade vortex and power charge on crit for reliable power charges. POB: I played a 4x 3-point voices scion herald stacker build in 3.10. Today I got finished updating her POB for 3.11 changes. I believe this is the best you can do in 3.11 should you be insane enough to min-max aura stacking with % mana reservation jewels in every slot with 3x 3-point voices. This POB has all the gear she acquired in 3.10. Only thing I theorycrafted was the new jewels. This is a take on an autobomber build I have on Standard, only difference is going into block nodes for a extra defensive layer. It is a high budget build that requires a lot of specialized items. It also uses the Lone Messenger node to max out Herald of Thunder damage and uses Storm Brand for single target damage. The PoB config is set up to simulate the initial Herald of Thunder hit on packs in maps, the idea is to onsehot trash mobs / packs while running trough the map at high speed. [

Important Note: using frenzy as main wand attack = 100% change to gain a power charge. user power siphon as main wand attack = not 100% chance to gain a power charge.

Hello guys, I assumed after the nerf we will be able to use same base cluster jewels but we wont be able to use same passive skills on the cluster jewel. So i only took that as an incoming nerf to the heralds and made a kinda a bit minmaxed version of a possible new herald build. This league it would probably so expensive to buy those items but next league i am pretty sure they will be %75 cheap. so here is the pob link. waiting your comments and possible improvements.
