PoE 3.13 Ritual builds

I wanted to give an update two weeks later. I'm super super glad I rolled a ranger this league as by FAR the Deadeye is the BEST once you get your end game bow (T1 attack speed, dot multi, chaos multi, +1 gems, +2 support gems.) I'm super glad I started out pathfinder - I ended up doing pathfinder toxic rain mines. It carried me to red maps until I could farm up enough exalts to craft the end game bow. I tried switching to Deadeye early but you really need attack speed for Deadeye and mirage archer to be effective. Crafting the bow is super easy - no need to spend 27 exalts on the ones list

I've been toying with the idea for a while because I think it would be funny to do, and the 20% life regen is pretty good incentive. So far what I have is a Divine Ire Inquisitor that self hits with scold's bridle and converts that to cold self damage then uses auxium + agnostic + replica reckless defense for a 3 second self freeze and then uses kaom's roots for the ability to move. can someone let me know if the idea is viable??? I'm currently running frost bolt/ice nova, and the damage is good enough (deathless a5 sirus was easy peasy), but the clear is mediocre despite huge AoE because the spell combo requires a significant amount of standing in place. Additionally when things get hectic it's really easy to miss casting a frost bolt which can end up with me either casting ice nova with no frost bolts (which is much lower dps) or casting ice nova on frost bolts that are already really far from me (frequently resulting in dying). I'm getting kinda tired of the gameplay being so clunky leading to enough deaths to have
