PoE Chaos Inoculation, Scion builds

I've never played Whispering Ice, but I'm wondering if it'll hold up. This is what I have so far as my first draft. Theoretical DPS: 2.86 trigger rate 5.43 duration = 15.53 active storms. We'll say 10 storms for clean numbers and to account for downtime (dodging etc). So total DPS in that case would be ~1M dps. Warning: this build should be made if you want to clear content because it deals no damage. It has max dodge, block and resistances (CI) without glancing blows or acrobatics.
