PoE The Poet's Pen builds without Mageblood

PoB: This build uses Kinetic Blast to Cast on Crit Dark Pact + Chain. I threw this together since I got a minion life relic and always collect CoC poison gear for fun to try stuff. The idea is that KB might sometimes look like a real CoC skill if you chain it off a Tornado. We create Tornadoes and skeletons using Poet's Pen. This build slapped way harder than I expected when I equipped it, so I thought I'd share. I'm wearing literal random gear. The core of the build can be considered poet's pen + watcher's eye + rings.

I'm looking for feedback on how improve my CF KB Champ. I have 10 divines to work with. I know my life is low and thats something I am working on. Had a hard time with attributes so used some tree points on int+dex to help there. I want to upgrade to a rare wand to have better mods + add storm brand (currently using another shield to swap in for single target with storm brand) and maybe arcane surge and culling strike? I've gotten the build feeling pretty good in t16, seems like all of the low hanging fruit are taken care of. Any advice on what to go for next? Seems like expensive jewels are the next steps but I've only got around 20d so I'd like to get the most helpful ones first. WARNING: this is NOT a good build. I just like scion and liked the new Trickster ascendancy point. Moreover, this build is mediocre in pretty much every way. Hello, I was planning a build around Dissolution of the Flesh, the high hp it was giving, in combinaison to rathpith globes and its futur buff. You can get a fairly high amount of spell damage for almost free, and I though of using that in an attack build. Hi mates I just build my new league starter BB build, I have seen some mediocre BB builds out there, well dont do them. I Like critic, especially if it comes down to the maxblock. I did the calcs and if you are wondering about the +2 gemlevel thats what we get from 3.17 changes.
