Edit: Sorry for no description. My daughter (who's 5 months) started crying and I ran from my desk without finishing. Basically the build utilizes mind of the council and you max out Mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen. The only downfall is that you lose indigon which allows you to get health of from Mana flasks. The tree originally started out with me attempting to make an INT stacking HOW
POB doesnt take into account Temp Chains or Shapers Amulet. Duration is probably about 60 seconds. You can definitely fix it up. Its pretty shit right now. &x200B; Why did I do this? because I can.
