PoE 3.22 Ancestor Shadow, Chaining, Mapping builds

I guess this is not very original but ever since i started playing POE I really liked Strom Brand. This league was the fist where I managed to get to t16 Map and make some amount of curreny. But I got stuck on one build using Hexblast. I saw a crafting video on YT - someone crafting an insane 7L SB Helmet, so i thought i wanted to make my own build based around that Item.
