PoE 3.12 Heist builds

PoB: The combo: 1. Use Corpsewalkers to generate corpses. This enables the corpse path of the Necromancer ascendancy. 2. Use Blood Offering from Bloodbond to consume the corpses. Use the Offering path from Necro to grant us a huge chunk of that life regen, enabling us to sustain Righteous Fire. 3. Use Soulwrest to summon a Phantom every time we consume a corpse, which is very often. 4. hi all, i've theorycrafted an hybrid between a BV hiero and a BV pathfinder and i would like to have some feedback on it. in particular these are my doubts: 1) dmg maybe low, but can't understand how to calculate it 2) phys mitigation kinda low 3) maybe the archmage/lightning conversion is a little bit too much here's the pastebin:

Is this viable for the end game? I'm currently just at the start of mapping, I think I have reached T4 and fought Baran once, but I want to respec this character into the build above, because I started to die way too often to my liking, so I adopted as much defensive layers I figured I can realistically do while still doing enough damage not to get stuck on each magic monster pack. As I approach the end of the league, I would like to share my most recent creation: the HoT Primordial Bomber. This turned out to be a very enjoyable build, very fast mapping and very tanky.
