PoE Templar builds without Ball Lightning of Orbiting, Devouring Totem, Dominating Blow, Firestorm of Pelting with custom stat filters

Things I swapped out specifically for this fight Frostblink for lightning warp. Cooldown on frostblink is too high for his otemba phase. Shield charge isn't fast enough after a few of those phases. Woke spell cascade for anomalous conc effect. Needed more damage than coverage as I was barely getting 2 overlaps with woke cascade on. Edit : POB -

Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. I am doing tier 12-14 maps after chiseling and alching. The only movement speed I have is the 30% increased movement speed mod on my Ralakesh's impatience riveted boots. I wanna be able to still take some damage and increase my DPS and speed. I don't wanna use Doryani's

Just thought I would post here because this is my first 100 that I have achieved. A little back story. I hurt myself at work and have been off for most of this league which 100% helped achieve this. The staff I crafted myself. The rest was bought. This is also the highest dps char I have ever had by a metric TON. Just thought I would share. Hope yall are having fun in the league POB:

Hey! Really wanted to make a tanky build that could either stand in Sirus Storm or tank the Memory Game without Molten Shell. Out of 4 characters I had leveled and tried, this one had the best survivability and damage. Sadly, Immortal call is still required. This is SC Kalandra league, normal Maven, playing CoC Inquisitor with 15k ES, 3.6k regen. Didn't spend much, as I never had more than 10 divines this league. So every piece of gear was about a divine each. Yes, cyclone is a better CoC skill, but I hate cyclone with passion.

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. I just switched out to a melding + aegis setup on my RF INQ. Trying to cap out max resistances at 90. Im currently at 87. Next step is: Eldritch Conflict on chest piece for potential extra +1% and a lvl23 purity for another +1% will get me to 89 max ele res. Where can I get the last 1%? POB: I know the last 1% is probably not that crucial but still. 90 looks nicer than 89....

I posted my +7 Pyroclast Infernal Mantle that dropped from Vaal Temple for me a while back and needed to do a build with it cause of Touhou item memes. Took the initial thoughts from /u/Kidlaze and /u/Daedaloys to try Inquisitor with Malachai's Simula and completely winged it from there. Turned out to be one of the best feeling builds I've ever played due to the big boy damage, comfy inquis defenses, and the amount of offscreening/autotargeting Astral Projector brings. Hey, if some people could take a bit to check out my build and tell me how I could make it better (Was thinking about Aegis for my Shield but it's 10 exalt, out of my budget for now, and buy and jewel with radiant faith but also out of my budget for now).
