PoE Additional Accuracy, Channelling builds

Concept needs re-work. Read comments for explanations. Disclaimer: This build is completely untested, hence the theory tag. All I have to go off of, is what the wiki says about life flasks not being removed on full life. I unfortunately don't have the time, resources (see: PoE friends,) or items to test out to what extent this build does, or does not function. If everything works the way I think it does, this is easily one of the most broken support builds out there, but I am not confident on all of the mechanics. I wanted to share my current build - a very tanky variation of something I built after being inspired by That's Real Neato. Aegis Aurora, Cerberus Limb, and Nature's Patience cluster jewel, plus a channeling skill to take advantage of standing still. Determination for armor, and Juggernaut to get freeze/root avoidance, endurance charges, extra armor, chaos res, and life regen. I have made a Charged Dash build, here is the PoB link: I am pretty new to making my own builds, so I have probably made a lot of rookie mistakes. Some points: PoB settings have been set to deal damage against Shaper/Guardian; only two utility flasks are also selected as "on" I have tried to just pick average-ish gear, nothing special; I have a good sense of how to modify the rares to make them better, but I am a bit lost as to which uniques would be nice I am not really sure how much damage is needed to kill Shaper.
