PoE Shavronne's Wrappings, Lightning builds

CUSTOM MOD of 3000% MORE DAMAGE IN PLACE This is to allow for worm shotgunning overlaps (caps at 30) in the best case scenario (unrealistic). Ignore HIT DPS figure as build is limited by soul gain prevention and worm generation. Takes ~ 2 seconds for these bottlenecks therefore DPS = 96m Hit divided by 2 = 43m DPS This is assuming all worms hit which is not always the case. Accounting for human error you could say the DPS is closer to around ~20M

pob: need to get better helm, rare gloves to cap resists and get unnerve/bit more convert on implicits. Can fit in AG, but maybe not spectres because i'm very socket starved. Also will get more levels and try to get storm burst to 4sec duration I am up to 40 orbs at the moment

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

Rambling follows: I've been wanting to run a non-crit lightning build as long as I've been aware of the mastery, but never managed to make a decent enough PoB. I always end up all over the place. I'm excited for the new lightning skills and the trickster rework. Everytime I'm tinkering with lightning builds I'm kinda lost on the main skill even. I'd like to get power out of Orb of Storms, so I'd like a skill that I can spam, but I feel they're all clunky one way or other. And I feel like I'm missing some tricks to get dps up anyway.
