PoE 3.23 Affliction League Starter, Attack builds

I noticed that almost no one on poe ninja is using shroud MF build, even though it seems very good for MF unlike omniscience. It makes you quite tanky and it has good damage scaling. The cost is losing greed's embrace which gives up to 15% quant and 50% rarity. Of course that is a loss but I don't think it's big enough to ignore this option when lacking dps (relevant this league). Greetings! This is my first post here, but I am having a lot of fun with my build rn and thought I could maybe inspire some fellow exiles. Siege Ballista Guide by Hotchelli and heavy carrying from Rhine - I use this build stricly as a bosser and to rush Ubers early in league therefore i would not recommend my setups for strictly mapping, I sack alot of health tree nodes and rolls on gear for more damage. Gearing notes: - Tincture: Lightning Pen and Melee Strike range. They're not terribly expensive, and my perfect rolled on cost me 1 div. I like to prioritize the range over the pen, because I like hitting monsters from the other side of rivers. Might be able strike range out for splash, or rage on hit, and get more damage, but then you'd probably be running different tinctures for different content, and I just want to be lazy. - Helm: Anything ES here.
