Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. So today I decided to revisit my eternity shroud build idea after playing brands all league so far and getting bored of it. My idea is to use the new glacial cascade since gc is my favorite skill. I started putting the build together earlier in the league but made some pretty good adjustments today.
