Hey guys, here is tornado of elemental turbulence occultist build. Tornado of Elemental Turbulence is a spell skill that creates multiple elemental tornadoes that repeatedly damage enemies around it. It will chase down enemies for a duration.

Build Cost

• High Budget

Combat Focus: Combat Focus jewels prevent specific element Tornadoes from being chosen.

• Using Cobalt and Viridian versions to only chose cold.

Charges: Thanks to Ralakesh's Impatience we always count as having maximum power/frenzy/endurance charges. So we don't have to worry about generating frenzy charges.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone. Try to get one with these mods:

• 4% increased Elemental Damage per 10 Devotion
• 4% increased Area Damage per 10 Devotion
• +2% to all Elemental Resistances per 10 Devotion
