PoE 3.22 Ancestor Inevitable Judgement builds

I have been doing some int/strenght stacking energy blade with spellblade on Inquis. I tried out a few skills and really wanted to hammer in sanctum. Switched to shockwave which does such due to 110% effectiveness. Originally had 8500 es with energy blade on, but now switching up rings with projector did lower that. Was able to do sanctums pretty easily in making some currency. However I want to use the 450% effective damage on hexblast. Here is my pob with my shockwave setup and the mines setup that I want to move into.

As title says, been trying to figure it out, I've been running of anime princesses spark guides, but if I'm not in my frost shield sigil of power thing I don't have 100% crit, even if I slap a watchers eye in with zealotry crit I still don't think I'm capped. Also yes I know my glorious vanity is scuffed,.it loses me 3 points, but its the best I could get at the time without dropping 10+ div and I was saving for aegis at the time.

Hi! I made my own build around Eye of Winter, a spell I really enjoy since Diablo 2 (it's similar to Frozen Orb). I don't really like mines, which is a common way to play eye of winter so i decided to try my own hand at making a build. The build is based around Rathpith Globe which gives crit and spell damage per 100 health. The idea is to roll inquisitor, take all health nodes in the south-western part of the tree, and scale crit aswell as chain. Once I found out that Battlemage stacks with the new Spellblade support, I knew I wanted to try it. Brewed up a little Frost trap Inquisitor. Hit 5m Pinnacle with very reasonable investment. What do you think? How can I improve it?
