PoE Slayer builds without Cyclone with custom stat filters

Came from a Raider build last league, but I felt I died more than I'd like. Did lots of research, and I think I have something viable here, but I'd love some more experienced player's opinions! My goal was to make a Flicker Strike build that's tankier than most, while still getting reasonable damage. The budget was around 10 divines, though I'm sure you could easily add more to get higher stats on the gear. I plan on doing all content with it except ubers, as that would be a whole different build. PoB:

Howdy all! Absolutely new to PoE, got a point in game where running T16's is doable, but fairly hard and not consistent, I die roughly every other map (sometimes a lot more). From the guide I was using I look almost "done" but I've certainly got a lot of improvement to go. I've been kicking around an idea of using the crazy quality you can get from dialla's malefaction with a green socketed divergent boneshatter, and red socketed enhance. This lets you get a crazy amount of quality. Problem is, you give up basically all armor for this. But with tainted pact and the new leech tattoos, you can use leech with strength of blood to cap pdr, and rely on self poison for health. Here's a quick pob that I tossed together. I am still a noob, build works great but there isn't really much space for tatoos due to tight attribute requirements. If I were to do this, I would have to respec 8 points from current tree, but I am not sure if that would be good idea. Many taken nodes are pretty good, but if I were to spec out of some of those, I could get some stuff back in forms of tatoos.
