PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.24 Necropolis Occultist builds

I doubt I'll ever be able to actually use the build due to the high costs of the items I decided to use, specifically some of the double corrupts and rares, but I wanted to show this off and get some input on making it better. Lets start with it not being cheap. at the time of me making this build it costed me 2 mirrors to make. if money isnt a problem and u wanna fuck around with memes while still being able to complete all content, this is for u. Abusing the high base damage and crit of soulrend of reaping, we can just ignore external sources of dmg and just scale gem levels. we further scale it by going crit and we get that from spark gloves. the rest is self explanatory by looking at the items

So today I decided to revisit my eternity shroud build idea after playing brands all league so far and getting bored of it. My idea is to use the new glacial cascade since gc is my favorite skill. I started putting the build together earlier in the league but made some pretty good adjustments today. There's a couple small upgrades left I want to make but the last main part of my idea I haven't figured out yet and would like some help.
