PoE builds with custom stat filters

So, I recently started fiddling around in PoB and I ended up planning this beauty. (Beware standard haters, drop disabled item required for 99.9% of the damage) But I then started to think about how Anomalous Petrified Blood will turn 200%+ of the prevented damage into a 'dot' and now I'm left wondering whether or not Untiring, and if it somehow applies Divine Shield, are able to recover enough health to not die or if the dot will just reach enough damage to kill me in one servertick. I don't know why I did it. Been slowly improving the survavibilty of my TS until this version was created. 1) 90 res is melding + stacking 19 max cold res. +8 max res from warrior's tale in the top-left spot, +6 from purity of ice with 50% increased aura effect, +2 from unnatural instinct, +3 from random passives (which also help to stack projectiles) 2) To cap this res I have to use mageblood + one full "prefix" and suffix of resistances. I've been tweaking this build since legion. I got it to the point where I don't know if there is anything more I can get out of it. The chest I need to replace, most likely with foe mantle. The only thing I really don't like is I use the thread of hope for only two nodes. Panopticon is just so strong it almost seems like a must. But I would be happy with 50% of the dps it provides without having to rely on totems. This pob is fully buffed. Can turn off totems, rage, berserk, blitz, rampage, and it's about 102mil unbuffed.
