PoE 3.23 Affliction Ralakesh's Impatience builds without Defiance of Destiny, Mageblood, Nimis, Original Sin

Hy exile! I finished my lastest build in this league. Its a Tectonic slam Juggernaut With 10 endurance charges and 10 brutal charges ( 30% triple dmg). its very effective for mapping expeditions and blight. I forgot to open the character panel but it have 1500 regen+ , nice amount of armour and resistanes. A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. PoB: The build focuses on mana and recovery, notably recoup and the regen from TWWT. For additional mitigation, the build uses Chaos Inoculation and Divine Flesh. Hey everyone. I've been cooking an idea up in my head to make a build as the title suggests. The concept is: \- Endurance charge stacking (with some power charges too) \- Ralakesh boots with badge of the brotherhood for use of all 3 charges (current setup has 9 endurance, 5 power/5 frenzy) \- Arn's Anguish = 9 brutal charges currently \- Brutus' Lead sprinkler with some decent strength stacking and redblade banner because I don't know a better option for the slot. DPS is configured for Uber bosses. Mostly just sharing because I am also a newer player, and never had a ton of currency this league, but was able to accomplish the Ubers without any big purchases with this build, and it was a lot of fun to play. Playing on ps5 so there are limited items in trade to obtain. Obv corrupted implicit power charge +1 on helm is something I'm saving 15-20 div for. How else can I improve this build? It seems like the only other way is to craft some insane build. Any ideas or help?
