There are a few numbers to pay very close attention to with this build. Make sure you fully understand the build guide and attack rate vs cooldown trigger rate before attempting.

This build was a fun experiment, it's not insanely powerful compared to the broken stuff we have access to this league (ahem Penance Brand), but it's nice if you're looking to try something a little different and really love/miss slinger and BFBB.
