We get 17% from the delve helm and eldritch implicit, 23% from the Watchers Eye, 26% from the corrupted shield, 15% from Taste of Hate and 20% from Tasalio from Chieftain, using the Forbidden Flame and Forbidden Flesh Jewels, enabling us to go Berserker. PoB: Meme project after I hit 40/40. This build is only good for Simulacrum (debatable), deep Delve and nothing else. I finished wave 30 at level 76 and did it deathless at level 82. Build costs 15 ex (25 with the scepter).
